Also known as “The 80/20 Rule”, the Pareto Principle specifies that you get 80% of your results from 20% of your inputs, a rule of thumb that has been found to be generally true across a broad range of situations, human and natural. How does this apply to you? Simple: 80% of the value you provide your employer comes from 20% of the work you do… imagine if there was a way you could get your employer to pay you 80% of your salary, while letting you work only 20% of the hours! Well, there is: it’s called becoming a consultant!*

* In practical terms, that’s not quite how it works, but even if an organization only pays you 50% of your former salary for 25% of your time, you (and they) are still way ahead of the game. Our goal is to allow you to essentially double your hourly take home pay while working the same number of hours, or less.
